Probably someone equal on forgiveness/handicap range. But CF16 feel way softer since its forged. May be a 2 year old club, but it still rocks. I get tempted to jump back on the CF16 train from my AP2 every once in a while.

I've owned the Apex CF16 and currently have the Rogue Pro..........I think the Rogue Pro is a better club.........and the feel is excellent.

It's a matter of preference. CF16 short irons look a bit odd to me at address, but both models launch the ball well.

The short irons in both these sets to me are the weak link as distance control is poor with the cup faces.  easily fixed by playing the cf16 apex pro combo set which is the best set of irons I've owned in a long time and frankly surprised more mid cappers don't play them.  The Apex pro short irons feel dramatically better than either the Rogue pro or regular cf16 and the distance control is excellent while being more than forgiving enough, might want to take a look at them as well.

There is no cup face technology in the short irons...it's only the 3-6 in the set.

I have 2 close buddies that i play with that are both under 10 HI (1 and a 7) that have the rogue pro's.

The 7 handicap is moving on from the irons after like a month with them and going to the P790 and the 1 is starting not to like the clicky sound off the face (was playing the Apex Pro's prior).

I think they are okay for players who like the look of a GI iron. I myself couldn't play with them.

Funny, our 8 time City Champion thinks the distance control is awesome.........he switched from Mizuno blades.........and he's fussy about offset.
