Saw this putter today.  Looks like a new prototype Toulon is out and it is the PBI...maybe Palm Beach? Also the full milling of the face is interesting.

in the sc world, it would be closer to a fastback style.  napa is an 8802 clone and the santa fe is a flow neck newport...both blade putters.

I agree it looks similar to the Fastback 1.5

As a Toulon fan, I like to think that the Latrobe and the San Francisco and the Atlanta had a baby… I don’t know how that’s possible but that’s how I’m thinking about it  🤓

Very good looking putter. The full face milling was first introduced on the Latrobe last year. There are a few prototypes out on tour, Azalea and Sanford that I can think of that have it, but nothing else for retail.

Were these in with the tour pictures? I can’t seem to find them there

Nice. It actually looks amazing. Unfortunately it will probably run you $600 like most things in the garage.  They charge for some crazy things like...painfill?

No, they were not in the tour pictures.  I took them yesterday and the LPGA Kingsmill Championship.  Didn't recognize the player that was using the putter and I was so focused on trying to get a bottom picture that I forgot to take her picture.

That does make a little sense. They may needed the heavier weight to get the total weight up. Toulon is very much attention to detail. And feel and balance. The full face milling is kind of a extra detail. Something cool. But the deep diamond milling put such a great role on the ball and has such great feel.

The sole plates are pretty much interchangeable. So the five extra grams could be a way to dial-in any Toulon putter. Maybe were going to see a few more options.

I really like the full face milling. I hope it finds its way to the other models.

in the sc world, it would be closer to a fastback style.  napa is an 8802 clone and the santa fe is a flow neck newport...both blade putters.

I agree it looks similar to the Fastback 1.5

As a Toulon fan, I like to think that the Latrobe and the San Francisco and the Atlanta had a baby… I don't know how that's possible but that's how I'm thinking about it

Latrobe- (P)almer
Atlanta- (B)obby Jones
SF- (I) don't have a clue

Just a shot in the dark haha

The Toulon brothers attended U of San Francisco. But the retail name will be Palm Beach. Some additional pictures taken by Greg at this weeks WGC event on the Tour/Pre-release forum
