I had an epic Sub zero 3 wood that the crown cracked on last Tuesday.  I called Callaway Tuesday evening (eastern time) to see about a replacement. They informed me that they were out of epic heads but would send me a roque sub zero spec’d out the same as my old epic. My epic was shafted with a tour ad di and custom length...etc. I got my replacement 3 wood today!  The customer service I experienced was fantastic...I could not have been treated any better!  My hats off to Callaway, they handled the situation with a touch of class!

Will the glued head affect you?

Kind of off topic but I purchased a standard Rogue 3 wood to replace my Epic Sub Zero and I absolutely swear the Rogue has a better feel to it due to being bonded.

Callaway is pretty good but the majority of OEM's these days go the extra mile to satisfy a customer WHEN there's an issue.

I haven’t had a chance to hit the new replacement, but it looks amazing!

Also have had great experiences with Callaway CS, as someone mentioned above, golf CS is very good on the whole.
