I know it is not DIRECTLY golf related, but there are implications.

Do you play Daily Fantasy Sports golf? If so, will you stop playing it?

Personally, then "dream" of winning $100,000 off a $5 entry still out weighs making $100 off a $20 bet on 5-1 odds. For me at least.

Should be interesting to see how states decide to regulate this. I imagine eventually there will be app based gambling, but the states that will legalize first will probably use existing casinos to run sports gambling initially. This wonít make me more likely to play daily fantasy but from a golf perspective, Iím interested to see what, if anything, this will do for purses on tour and how golf telecasts will change to accommodate betting once it becomes more widespread.

Probably wonít change very quickly as states need to pass legislation to legalize it within their territories.

If you're in PA, WV, NJ, & one or two others I can't recall, you'll be betting legally in time for football season.
