Just as title says, I hit a ball today out of the first cut, made normal contact and had normal distance, but felt weird.

When I looked down, the face had cracked at the top and caved in at the sweet spot.

Anything to do here? I realize it's a 2016 club but wouldn't expect to break a face on a normal shot like that. On the bright side, it was my first time reaching reaching that green in 2! (520 yard dogleg right)

Call TM they are usually pretty good about this stuff. This happens across the board on a lot of drivers and woods now, the thinner faces to keep up ball speeds like to cave in, most companies are pretty good about replacements.

Yeah. Years back a similar thing happened to my R1, I called TM and they replaced it with a SLDR no questions asked

Yeah, definitely call TM.  This very thing happened to me last week on my M1 fairway.  Took it back to the pro-shop where I purchased it, and found out today they are sending me a M3 replacement.  No questions asked, or upgrade cost to me.

They have a long list of warrantied clubs on their site, Iím sure this falls in there...TMAG has been one of easier for me to work with in past.

*quick story, was leaving for golf in Florida, replacement club (for a broken driver along topline) arrived day before, unfortunately wasnít correctly built. They actually sent correct club to address I was at in Florida overnight, and told me to just return other club when getting back home (their idea), and included a shipping label. I know most OEMís wonít do this, but was noted by TaylorMade on my claim that on first club I needed replacement for golf by certain date, so may have helped, but was very impressed by not only correcting, and triple checking club was built to spec, but not making me pay for their mistake was pretty good way to save a customer, as I had two clubs at this point, and they just went on trust they would get back other driver, both with 7M3 most likely more expensive than head it was attached to.

16 M1 fairways are hot.  Hit a 5w at PGATSS couple days ago and flew one ~250.  That's just stupid distance for a 5W.  Love the 3W, but it's about as long as my driver.

I don't want to be dismissive, but I wish I could cave in a face.

Very discouraging to learn another breakage almost every week just on this forum.
Don't think any of the M series will have good resale value.
