Picked up 3-PW, no 5 iron, at Salvation Army today, paid $15.  Will post some pics later.  4 iron shaft is a little crooked, and the grips are all pretty bad.  Also grabbed a sweet Wilson Staff Tour special grind sand wedge.

Haha!

Mostly just lurking.  I find that going into this section is bad for my spending habits.  When I went to buy those clubs the cashier was like $3 a club.  I said, "You want me to pay $30 for these?". Woman behind me says, "That's a great deal!". I quickly remarked that it was not a great deal when you factor in the $60+ I'll have to spend to get decent grips for them.  Then I said I'd pay $1.50 a club.

I went and hit that Staff sand wedge today... Really nice!

Resnor-

The MacGregor MTs are from 1968.   Not bad for 50.

JP Wedges  first appeared in 1980, and were named for Joe Phillips, who was Wilsons Tour Rep. Your Wilson Staff (JP) II  55 Deg SW is 1986.

According to the catalog, the first JP models in 1980 were  RH only.

Very Nice!

Resnor-

You're Welcome.

Upon further review... Your "MT" Sand Iron is from 1971.

The mill cuts < MT > are very similar to the Penna Wedge.  MacGregor  also did the  '71 VIP Model  with these mill cuts

Alhough the MacGregor catalog says this block <"MT"> style Sand Iron was offered in a LH model, I've never seen one with these mill cuts.

The info you guys have on these clubs is amazing

You guys need to get hooked up to machines that could download all your info so it isn't lost to future generations.

How many do you want-- I got dozens of them every conceivable off set and bounce--- I had a bunch of them to begin with and then I think it was a couple of summers ago I found 18 of them in one haul no joke---

That's fantastic and some real luck too.  Few things are as irritating and frustrating as a complete set of irons with one of the middle clubs missing, but unfortunately it is often a reality when dealing with thrifts.  It's especially bad knowing that it's probably because of the stores themselves like in this case.  I see it all the time at my local places. Your looking at an incomplete set in a bin and have to wonder if the middle irons aren't in another bin in the back room somewhere.  I've asked but always get the "Nope, that's everything." answer.  What cha' gonna do?  Keep looking I guess.

Mmmmm....  I'm rambling again.  Glad to hear you completed the set!
