There are two new sets of wedges, one the same $200 per club and the other a "Tour" wedge for $280.

One improvement is that these two models each has all even numbered lofts from 48 to 60 degrees...the C, Y and "Wedge Series" had a more limited number of lofts.

Another posting said that three new iron models were coming out in 2018.

TM M2 driver (2016) Fujikura Pro 53
TM M2 3 wood, Fujikura Pro 53
PXG 19 degree hybrid, Fujikura Pro 73
Mizuno MP 25, 3-PW, Nippon 1150 GH Tour
Miura wedges, Y grind 53 and 59, Nippon NS Pro
Cameron 009 (April 2018 started "left hand low")

I wonder if they are gonna still take Special Orders.

Mr. Miura would take on several: 1 Irons, 2 Irons, Custom Wedges, etc.

Curious to know if they still will. I've asked several times on several different occasions and still haven't gotten an answer.

... I'd like to get a 64° from the new Tour Line.

Here are the 2 different wedges offered for 2018. The new Tour Wedge has a different grind and milled grooves. Same S25C soft carbon steel in both but the milled grooves make a big difference according to Miura. Not sure they’re worth an additional $80 ($200 vs. $280 for the Tour Wedge).

Quick question about tourspec, do they always run the 20% off promotion around the Christmas holiday period?

What kind of grinds do these wedges have? Are they similar to a C or Y, or are they just standard grinds made to fit all?

I went to demo days at Haggin Oaks in Sac a few weeks ago, and Miura had a booth.
I saw the Tour wedge in person. I liked the sole grind, but the leading edge was a little too straight for me, but it does round off at the toe.
I still prefer the rounder leading edge of the "new" wedge now the "2018 wedge series" with more basic graphics.
I asked the Miura guy about the C, K, and Y wedges, and he said Miura is only keeping the K series and discontinuing the C and Y series.
This is bad news to me, because I really like the Y wedges and now need to hunt down some backups.
The other bad news, is they are officially discontinuing the Baby Blades and the MB5003s. Very sad.
Driver: Fourteen DT111 (9.0 degrees, Graphite Design Tour AD Quattrotech MD-5 S shaft)

3-PW Irons: Hogan Personals (Apex 4 shafts)
52-Degree Wedge: Mizuno MP 52-07 (Dynamic Gold wedge shaft)
56-Degree Wedge: Ben Hogan 25th Anniversary (Apex wedge shaft)

The “tour” model has a C grind.  I wonder if that’s why they aren’t offering it in the basic model?
