The search for pants for bigger fellas is a struggle, and the struggle is furrealz. Iím about 6í2Ē 250 lbs of luscious dad-bod. Iím not a fatty, but Iím bigger in the rumpus than the waste. I want couple of nicer, more modern pairs of pants, that wonít make me look like a 7th grade math 👨‍🏫 teacher. Iím 47, but still wanna retain a bit of whatever coolness Iíve got left in the tank.
What do yíall bigger fellas suggest and why. Iíve got a pair of Oakley take 2.5 that i like, but what else you got? A buddy is close to my size and likes the Under Armour match play

I HIGHLY suggest old navy Go-Dry Performance Pants.  Do not let the "SLIM" in the name scare you away.  I am 6'5 280 former OL football player and thighs and rear fit great.  They stretch without feeling like I am going to rip them.  I have ripped in the groin area 2 pairs of Under Armor Match play pants lining up putts.  Hope this helps.

Nate

Edit:  I forgot, I found some SLIGO pants that fit great too.

I've had a great deal of success with Ping Lennox - very lightweight and stretchy - they're a chino/jean style.
Usually struggle in the thigh region (not to mention the waist!!!) at 27" circumference and calf at 19" - 5'10" - 270 ex prop.

It's more a challenge for the tall dudes than the wide dudes  - a 34 inseam won't cut it - need 36 length and it's damn near impossible

Banana republic does make great slim pants for the tall guy -(6 ft 7 here )

But yet to find any golf slacks ...

You go with size 38 or 40? I tried a 38 the other day and the navy pair felt great but the gray pair were too small.  Great weekend pants but didn’t think i could tuck a polo in it button up and make them work for work.  The store didn’t have 40. Do they make a 40 waist?  I’m 6’0” 250.

They make 40s and larger. Went 40 because all other 38 golf pants are too tight in the thighs.

the 40’i was told are online only.  The 38 fit great in legs but the belt area is a little lacking and isn’t the best for me with a 38.  May have to order

They are great for returns. Iíve tried a few pair. Sometimes the 38 works, other times the 40. What seems to work best for me is the 40 and then have the waist taken in a bit. Room for the lower half but fits the waist better.

Uniqlo Kando pants (Adam Scott).   They're a slim fit without being skin tight.   Plenty of flex when bending over reading putts and keeps you cool during those warm days.  They're also $40.00.
