
Back in February, I ordered a set of TM 790 4-PW with DG AMT shafts. After two weeks we called and said the 6 iron was back ordered but they would send everything but the 6 iron (to be shipped at later time). They said they would ship March 13th. Well, this didn't occur and was pushed back to April 5th. This was pushed back again to April 11th and would be overnighted and arriving today. Guess what, it wasn't shipped. I called customer service and after waiting to speak for someone for 15 minutes the rep said I'm not sure whats going on. I need to check with custom and call me back within a a few minutes. Surprise, surprise no call back. I'm so done with them. After I get these irons (whenever this is) I am done with them. I am tired of being lied to and no customer service. I was going to upgrade to the new M3 fairway wood but after recent events I picked up the Cally Rogue 3 wood instead. I truly hope Taylor Made reads this and fixes things (if they even care). After trading in my old irons at the local shop for these, I have been without irons for 6 weeks and counting with no end in sight. I'm so pissed!! Done ranting.
