Hey all!

I had the privilege of attending the Masters last week, but that's not the point of this post. The point is that my first of 2 flights, we were very delayed and nearly missed our connection. In my hurry to make the connection I left my umbrella on the plane and couldn't retrieve it. So the point of this post is I need a new golf umbrella and want to get opinions.

My setup/needs:

I am walker, with a push cart 99% of my rounds and may rarely take a cart in the case of a scramble or something like that
I'm in the midwest, so wind usually accompanies the rain which means something strong that can handle wind without flipping inside out. I'm guessing a double canopy is the way to go here?
Since it'll be mostly secured to the handle of my push cart (Caddytek ONE V4), a larger size to cover more of my bag + me is optimal

I had my last umbrella for quite some time, so I've not really spent any time looking at what's good for brands/features. My last one was good, but not great.

Get the "gustbuster" style.  Its easy to tell because when opened you will see two overlapping layers that allows the wind to escape without harming the umbrella.  I'd also recommend a Goretex rain jacket if you don't have one already.

Thanks! I've got really nice rain paints and tops, just a good umbrella missing from my rain gear equation.

After having numerous cheap umbrellas fall apart in moderate winds, I bit the bullet and picked up a 68" GustBuster Pro Series Gold Golf Umbrella. It's the biggest one they make.  (https://www.amazon.c...e/dp/B000AMSCCG)

I also have a rain cover for my bag. As big as the umbrella is, it doesn't completely cover the bag on my ClicGear.

I like this purely from a design & aesthetics standpoint. I also love supporting this company.

That is sweet! And I play Vice balls too, might have to look into this when I place my next order of balls.
