
Toward the end of last season I noticed a crack on the top of my M1 club head. I finally got around to calling TM this past week regarding the crack (see the picture attached, it is kind of difficult to see). The guy I talked to was extremely helpful. I told him upfront that I did not have a receipt but I was a pretty decent golfer. Told him my handicap so he knew this crack wasn't due to faulty swing or anything. He then requested that I email him pictures of the club. He got back within 2 days of originally talking with him and said that this was a major problem in the 2016 M1s first launch. He told me that they would check the 2017 M1 inventory and if no luck, they would send me a new M3 as a replacement. Needless to say, he emailed me 2 days ago saying that a new M3 replacement was on its way.
