I have a 2017 M2 that I would love to cut down for my daughter if possible. Problem is I need to find the right shaft to put in it. She is almost 12 and small for her age, 4'6" and about 65 lbs. What shaft wouod you suggest I try to find her to convert this M2? Thanks for your help!

The first questions are what loft is your M2 and has your daughter sufficient clubhead speed for this loft?

Edit:
I see from your profile that your M2 is 9.5 degree, this is insufficient loft to fit your daughter IMO. There is a reasonable school of thought to keeping a driver out of her bag until she gets stronger / better. Perhaps a high lofted 3 wood, with a very light shaft, the right length and a low swing weight.

12 years old, and small for her age?  Give her a break and pick up a Ladies driver with 14* or 16* of loft.  Make it as easy and fun as possible for her.
On Sundays, I used to play hickory

High loft 45-50 gram shaft. Get her a Cobra junior and get an extra shaft for free. Start off with the 39" and get the 42" free. Done deal.

You should post this in the junior golf section.  This topic is covered all of the time and you can also search back through posts for research.  I would take a hard look at the junior shafts from Flynn Golf.  They are solid options for your situation and seem to be the go to.  I'me actually going through the exact process for my son.

Yeah, she's little but she swings it fast. She's on her 3rd set of US Kids and is about to outgrow those. I see all the other kids at drive chip and putt every year with major brand 460 driver heads on shorter shafts so I don't want her to be at a disadvantage this year. She's made regionals twice so she has a little bit of game. Thanks for the advice; I'd rather buy a shaft for this one and see how it works for her before plunging into another new club again.

This is probably your best bet, made and cut height specific.  Mike Flynn has great customer service and can help walk you through any question on legnth, etc.  May find a better combo elseware, but not without hours of tinkering.  For her level (based on what you've told us), this should be best. .  I would go with this ( I most likely am for my son - just waiting on the right deal on a used M2 or Cobra F7 head) .  these shafts are legit, made for Flynn by UST.
