What is that insert in the 1W?

Also, why won't Odyssey re-release those Tempest grips?

Its a tour only milled insert. I think they may have been used on a japan release as well. One of the guys at Callaway had this insert put in an RSX no. 2 when we were out there last year. It feels so good.

Just looking at your Sm7 wedge breakdown.

What grinds did you go with?

How is it working out for you?

I'm looking at a similar breakdown myself.

I knew he had been off, but yowsers....

He was #176 in scoring on the Euro Tour in 2017.  He scored over par in all 11 PGA Tour events he played in 2017.  That some serious drop off.  Almost Ian Baker Finchesque.

I actually count three 48's between all of the photos. He's probably testing different options.

Unfortunately, I don't think all the 48 degree wedges on the planet will fix what he's got going on.

He's going to try the anti-DeChambeau plan: Single-Loft Irons, with all irons and wedges at 48 degrees, using different length shafts to vary the distance.

Interesting that he has the Apex UT in 18* and the new X Forged UT in 21*. I have the Apex UT in 24* and was really surprised as to how forgiving it actually is. I have not hit the X Forged UT, but I've seen it and it appears a bit less forgiving.
Can anyone that has hit both give me a comparison? Man I love this bag!!
