I've seen a few different answers to this and was hoping to get a definitive answer. I've seen the TT .355 Straight Step recommended as well as the TT .382 Flare Tip. Any suggestions as to which one is correct?

Hybrid- 915 with Graphite Design Tour AD DI 85
Irons- ( 5-PW ) i-20 Pings with Steelfibers
