I got fitted and custom ordered some 1/2 inch lenghten fourteen fh 900 irons with DG X100 shafts recently in Japan.

The lables on the X100 shafts says Japan Spec. I wonder what is the difference compared to normal DG X100. Or are they exactly the same?

Not really sure. My guess is that the "Japan Spec" X100's may be a few grams lighter than stock DG X100's. You could email True Temper and ask them directly I guess too.

This is from the Japanese True Temper website:
X100
Length: 41.0-37.0 inch (1,041-940mm)
Taper Diameter .355 inch (9.00mm)
Butt diameter: .600 inch (15.25mm)
Uncut weight: 130g
Cut weight: 119g
kickpoint: towards butt

So the uncut weight is 130g and the cut weight is 119g. Length is 41.0 to 37.0 inches.
I don't see any difference from the US specs there.
