Placed my first order with Rakuten and they said the would email me when the club was ready to ship and the shipping charges were finalized. They assured me that the final transaction wouldn't go down until I verified the final cost plus shipping.

Received the email with price breakdown this morning but really no link or anything to verify so I simply replied that everything looked ok and to go ahead and charge my account. Is this correct or did I miss a link or instructions somewhere? Any help appreciated.

Second question, I ordered an Onoff 385 driver and afterward read some reports that the brand was a pain to change the shaft. Is this still true or was this in previous years as the info I was reading was prior to this model. Any info greatly appreciated.

Not sure on the shaft but the initial transaction sounds 100% correct as to the experiences I have had on Rakuten.

Appreciate it. Like I said I was looking for a link or something but i figure a return email should do the trick either way. So far its been a smooth transaction with great communication.

The email back is all you should need to do. I've purchased a few clubs from their now and that's what I did each time.

Not sure about the OnOff 358. I have one but I haven't tried to reshaft it as the combo is basically ideal for me.

Thanks. It arrived yesterday. Beautiful and really surprised at how quickly it arrived. Hopefully the shaft in it works fine and i wont have to worry about reshafting.
