Hello All,

I am making a trip down to Orlando Feb 28- March 4th... I wanted to get some input from the group on what would be the best courses to play! Goal of trip is to play 6 rounds of golf (2 days of 36 holes and 2 days of 18 holes). We are willing to go up to $150 per 18 on the 18 holes only days. Any good relay rates out there? Our goal is to spend no more than around $500 for golf. It would be great to get insight from anyone!

Thanks

Go to Teetimesusa after you browse the FL forum here and have a list of 5-10 tracks you're interested,  and have them book out a quote for you.  At least then you'll be able to feel out the total cost pretty easily and how it varies between courses.
Good luck!

For 36 holes in the same day you really need a facility that offers multiple options for golf.  Orange County National is a premier facility for 36 and their practice facility may be the best in the world.

Grand Cypress is another solid option.  You must choose the New course if you want to play 36 or you will play one of their three 9 hole courses twice.  We played 36 at each location in January and are headed back for a 1 night trip on March 19 to play Streamsong Blue and Grand Cypress New.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Waldorf Astoria course when I played it last winter. Also drive the 1 hr+ to play Streamsong Red and would highly recommend it in spite of distance and cost.
