Just got my hands on a set of mizuno mp-15
Can help identify if the are Yoro and what’s the value.

Finish isn’t the regular chrome it looks more like a nickel finish
No serial number on the hosel and no grain flow rather
Hosel just have 2010C on them
The dynamic gold tour issue s200 have “ assembled in Japan” etch on them
What looks like a serial number sticker on the shat said “Y405205”
Thanks for you help

2010C refers to the grooves, I think. Definitely looks like a Yoro set to me. They do not hold that much more resell value than "normal" mizuno irons though.

I am by no means an expert, but that looks like the nickel finish to me

Yep, those are Mizuno Yoro.  The 2010C is what Yoro etches on the hosel when they remove the "grain flow forged". stamp.  Those look like double nickel finish.  It has a light gold hue to it.  In Japan, the Mizuno Yoros are normally just custom finishes and perhaps a stamp removal.  It is rarer to find options such as toe grind to reduced offset or leading grind alterations.

As for value, people always drool over the high end Yoros but when it comes to price, they expect to pay less than stock prices.  I have owned close to a dozen sets of Yoro customs and have never managed to sell a set for anything reasonable.  If you buy a brand new set, expect at least a 30-40% hit even if you did not remove the wrapper and if you took a few irons out for testing, that number becomes >50% off and then once it matches used retail prices, you will get a few nibbles......I saw a set of the Yoro MP15s with the double nickel finish on ebay and they sat there for quite awhile at a price that was the same as used retail.

Just looked and the Yoro MP15s are still available on the bay.......they have the same finish and have the exact shafts and markings....same condition as yours too with the same grips and probably same swing weight and length.  You can determine what yours are worth by following that option.

* I was looking at that set on the bay but then I got distracted and picked up a couple sets of Yoro MP5s and recently got a set of Yoro MP66.

Well mizuno is already a JDM club anyway.....they're all made in Japan so.....yoro is just the custom dept for same factory....

Very nice sticks, always loved MP15 irons one of my favs and played a TON of their stuff.....perfect blend of everything
