Those DJ Protos are sexy. The custom Stitch alignment stick cover is great too!

Interesting that he has a non UDI 3 iron instead of the UDI version

I like the alignment stick cover. Rest of the bag is good too.

I'm kind of surprised that both DJ and Rory are using Golf Pride Tour Velvets. I always liked them but thought they were an inexpensive grip that no one on tour used.

Interesting to see the M4 fairway wood in the bag. Not sure I've seen any other staff players with the M4 fairway yet.

What?  Gotta be the top grip world wide.  I love TV's I just hate how they get all marked up at times when taking clubs in and out of the bag.  They get those white streaks on them sometimes.   That has no effect on performance that's just the stupid kind of crap I notice.

I am surprised he is not using the Hzrdus black in a  P790 UDI. Guess the P790 3 iron fits his gapping better.

KBS 120 stiffs in the wedges...

Now if only we could be as smooth and shallow out to hit flighted wedges with those shafts. He also delofts so much that he probably needs spin in the wedges.

I'll stick with my poles in the wedges to cover up my flawed technique :)

I still find it interesting that he went from the M1 to the M4, meanwhile the majority of guys who used the M2 went to the M3 with the exception of John Rahm and Jason Day went from the M1 to the M3.

I get the stigma tho, people think they just look plain so there must not be anything to them. I'm not sure how many sets of clubs I've regripped last year but but if it was 20 5 would be mcc's, 5 would be mc4s, 6 would be CP2's, 2 would be winns, 1 cord and 1 TV.

DJ had 3 different Spider putters all with different alignment lines on top.  This was the only one I got to shoot.  Not sure which one he will put in the bag for Thursday.

Edit: Was wrong about the Tour. It's the 1.0.

I guess I've never paid much attention to tour players grips. I know it's used widely by ams as the off the shelf stock option but I always thought it was because they were the least expensive.

I'm most interested in the driver leaning on his bag. Shaft definitely doesn't look like his normal speeder. I can't imagine what he could be looking to improve on with his driving lately.

Interesting to see that he's not using the 60* Hi-Toe.
Two (or three?) different 60* wedges, but none Hi-Toe, only the 64*.
And if I buy one brand new club this year, it will be a 60* Hi-Toe. Really looking forward to seeing one in the flesh.

I'm kind of surprised that both DJ and Rory are using Golf Pride Tour Velvets. I always liked them but thought they were an inexpensive grip that no one on tour used.

these and the lampkin crosslines of old with a reminder rib are my favorite grips. and yes they are inexpensive and technically non advanced when compared to other grips, but they work.
