Interesting turn of events OP. I'm surprised he'd refund immediately if he did indeed ship it, which is what concerns me. I'd love to hear the seller's explanation. Best of luck and keep us posted.
Yeah, it's odd. Feedback is great with him, communication has been outstanding. He did the right thing after 10 days of the package not showing up. Really have no reason to doubt him other than me getting a putter for approx. $100 dollars below value after winning the bid, maybe sellers remorse?? Highly doubt it though as he seems to have had quite a few high dollar transactions, just a little doubt/motive of it not getting originally shipped. Just odd, that's odd and just a very hypothetical scenario. Who knows, maybe the putter may show up and all will be good, and send him back the original purchase amount.
More concerned about the eCheck refund and that if a seller doesn't have sufficient funds it has to be withdrawn directly from his account, if for some reason that doesn't work then eBay somehow "steps in".
