So on balance, is the two wins for DJ and JDay with the new drivers vs Tiger unable to hit any more fairways than usual good for TM and #Twistface?
Id say it's just fine. Day, DJ and Rahm won. Rory could of really had 2 wins. Tommy Fleetwood won with a m3 and other players are driving it well and gaming it. Tiger overall hasn't be a great driver.

Agreed. The real story to watch isn't Tiger's driving, it's how many other players (especially free agents) are playing them. It's been a pretty good start for the new line.

Also agree.

Good story with the wins and the free agents, but could have been an explosive story if Tiger finally found a fairway finder!

Let’s be honest.....I love tiger and always have but he won’t ever find that. He’ll have better days than some but overall won’t be great. If he can just be 50ish percent then he’ll be alright.

Looks like JASON DAY is switching to the hi toe 60 degree and m3 15 degree 3 wood. Maybe the photo guys at the tourney, who are doing a great job could get some pics of his new gear. Anyone know the lengths of his driver and 3 wood?

Solid setup. Looks like he was consistent in going from the M1 to the M3. Whereas DJ went from the M1 to the M4 and Rory went from the M2 to the M3. I currently game a 2017 M2 and I seriously like the looks of the new M3 versus the M4. Not that the M4 looks bad, I just prefer the look of the M3. But is it worth the extra price tag if you're not the type that tinkers with the settings?

Me too. The head shape kinda reminds me of the Nike Vapor Fly Pro.

Looked like he was playing the Tensei white shaft in his driver. Anyone else see that today?

Why not go ahead and get the toys that can be tinkered with on the off chance you find yourself in the tinkering mood? Might prevent you from buying 3-5 shafts per month because you are always wondering what a little less or more weight or balance might do in weird places???
