This is a good time of year to buy shorts and would like some recommendations. I usually buy shorts that have a 11" inseam.

I like the Adidas 365 for the elastic waistband.  The front pockets also don't collect dirt/dust/etc.

Goodthreads (Amazon Brand) are surprisingly good quality.  They use spandex/elastane infused material so they are "stretchy".  I have a couple pair of chino pants and shorts but haven't tried the shirts.

Dockers Men's Classic Fit Perfect Short.  Why?  They have a welt pocket on right leg for my iPhone.  You won't even know that it's there.  Totally awesome and great for golf apps such as GolfShot.  The $20 cost doesn't hurt either..

Adidas, for waistband and rubberized interior that keeps shirts tucked in.

AG Golf also has nice shorts...more like a khaki type material but also has a little stretch.  Have gotten some nice compliments.  But they are pricey...$130ish?

It's more of a "chino" for both shorts and pants.

Oakley Control shorts (I've only seen available at Dicks & GG) are pretty nice.  They are a 10.5" inseam but are fitted and not too baggy.  Plus, their "blackout" color is awesome.. somewhere between true black and charcoal.
