Thoughts on these for the course?  They're a lacrosse shoe but I bet in dry normal conditions they'd work.

Cue the "get off my lawn" guys in 3....2....1

I know some people use Nike Mercurial indoor/turf soccer shoes as well.  Dry conditions of course.

I've never been tempted to use non-golf shoes since golf shoes specifically have reinforced toe boxes for swing follow through, and of course being waterproof.

I had a pair of the 2s as trainer (I was a lacrosse player)

Used them mostly as gym shoes and trainers, but wore them on the range and for a few practice rounds with no issues. In dry whether they gave me great grip
