Intersted in one of these SuperStroke golf grips, so I wanted to get the experts opinion on the authenticity of these grips. They are listed as new, but none are wrapped on factory packaging. That alone is not an indicator of authenticity, but give me pause when someone has a bunch of factory new grips without packaging.

I personally stay away from grips sold on "the Bay".

Can't say if these are legit or not. Someone with more knowledge will hopefully chime in.

They should be in the package, no reason they shouldnt. Feedback is 98.7, thats enough right there!

How does his 5 negative feedbacks affect your decision? All 5 state grips are counterfeit.

Im no grip expert, but his feedback would make me look ensewhere. Id probably get one from a brick & mortar. They cant be too expensive for a single grip?
I think getting advice from guys who are sitting at the computer in their underwear while taking a break from porn is a very solid way to choose clubs. - bluedot

Greatly! I did not get into his profile, that is something I normally do when I'm ready to buy. Thanks for pointing that out.

As is usually the case with grips - there are two ways to get a deal

- older model being closed out
- brand new pulls of current model grip

Other than that it makes little sense for current model grips to be available new, in large quantities at a fraction of retail price.

If you are buying off eBay, I would stick to stores with a physical presence as well. Hurricane golf is a favourite of mine

Ebay and grips are not a good combo unless you know who you are buying it from.  Too often you get what you pay for.
