I always would play a course I'm very familiar with in my mind at the range. I think it's a great way
train your brain that you can go low.

I always do this when I am on the range. I imagine the golf courses that I frequently play and play it while on the range. When I got the Sky Trak, even without simulation it made it easier for me because I can move the target green. I just set the green on every shot and imagine going through hole by hole. Though I still have to figure out some kinks on the set up that I have.
