Im switching between the m2 and srixon z545, and the sricon z745, all are pretty special imo...funny thing is m2 didnt beat out tge 545 on trackman till i got the kk tw dual shaft...first time on the course i hit 3 of my longest drives ever and only missed one fairway. That being said, it was mire expensive tgan both srixon drivers combined and the srixons have stock shafts.

I actually purchased an used one. 9.5* with a Adila Rogue Silver in Stiff.  Coming from a Covert VRS 2.0 with a stock regular shaft. It's super low launching and i find it harder to hit straight.

So yea, I might go back to the Nike, it's just more point and shoot.

It just depends on the day around here and what driver I feel like using. I find them all to do pretty much the same thing. Picked up the previous generation Ping driver for a song a month or so ago, promptly hit two of the longest track man drives I ever have with it. That really surprised me as I've hit the G400 and it was good but no threat to take over the bag. So on any given day I might play a 2016 M1 430, a 2015 R15 430, that Ping, a Nike Vapor Speed, a Nike Vapor Fly, a Dunlop Goliath-stop laughing, its only 10-15 yards shorter than the others and since I used it for 10 years I'm very comfortable with dispersion, or many others. Usually play the R15 which I find to be underrated but the M1 is better on mishits.

Gonna sound dumb but I'm pretty sure it was a 913 D2.  SO much hype about this M2, I had to try it... I gave it multiple rounds and range sessions and I just couldn't figure out what everyone was so excited about.  My buddy was playing a 913 D2 and just hitting fairways all day long... I took the M2 back for trade and found a 913D2 in the used bin and took that home.  Wound up having similar performance as my buddy... fairways all day long.  May not have been quite as long as the M2 but being in play and having clear shots to the green makes the game a little bit easier.  Plus, I thought the '16 M2 felt awful.  I preferred the '16 M1.

Same here. It was a blessing bc I just could not get along with the 16. I would have some great rounds with it, but I struggled with it more often than not. Not sure why I didnt give up on it earlier. I like the look of the 17 better at address too.

Interesting that until the last few posted nearly everyone was swapping for another TM driver.

I have the m2 2016/ Hzrdus Black and it has been very good.  I picked up a 2017 M1/ Hzrdus Yellow to try and early signs are it is very similar, but with the benefit of shifting weight around a little.  Also the M1 seems a little easier to turn over than the M2 that I found to be very straight/ slight fade.  Not sure if that is head or shaft, more playing around required.

Before the M2 my last TM driver was an r7!

2016 M2 still in bag. I tried the 2017 M1 440 but my mishits were too great to lose that extra forgiveness.

I am going to give the M4 a shot this year, but it will have to do a lot to kick out the 16 M2

Swapped my M2 head for the M1 head (both 16) as the M2 just wasn't working for me with the shaft. Never been a great driver of the ball but if I could find a Titleist 905T with a Grafalloy Blue in it the M2 would be out.

I got a tour issue 2016 M2 from Will people’s and it’s the best driver I have owned. Not sure I want to try anything else. But the M3 and 4 sound interesting but do I go to a retail Head vs Tour head? Don’t feel like dropping $700 for a head these days :)

A combination of recommendations from my insurance agent and my psychiatrist.  M2 goes (went) far. Very far. M2 had no $@#$!*& idea where it was going.  Gave it about 8 months before the divorce.  I now only shoot hateful looks at it as it rots in the corner.

I am back to my trusty, straight, workable Titleist 913 D3 w/Fuji Fuel X shaft (purchased from a good GolfWRX dude).  Distance may be great for many, but for my peace of mind, I'd like to hit the ball where I can play it again. Could never seem to figure out how to turn a drive either way with the M2 (w/Rogue X).  A good drive, few though they were, was a slight fade.  Which is nice.

I moved to Epic from 2016 M2, while Epic is good I'm not as consistent with it as I was with M2, wish I had kept it rather than selling on!!

A crease that developed near the toe where the carbon fiber meets the white crown piece is what knocked mine out of the bag. Taylormade sent me a 2017 M2 and it just wasn't the same.

Shockingly, I was then fitted in to a Titleist 917D3 and I'm absolutely in love with this driver. Convinced me to go all Titleist!

‘16 M2 is still in the bag. I could put the 917 in play but I don’t see a big enough difference in performance or forgiveness. M2 just sets up perfectly for me, although my G30 9* LST is a pretty close second.

The 915D3 is a VERY forgiving head and it also spins more than the M1 which helps keeps shots in the fairway.  You are not going to find much of a forgiveness upgrade here but you will likely see a nice distance increase due to the reduced spin.

I'm not sure I'd call the Ping G underated given it was one of the highest selling drivers on the market.

My boss hit it a couple times and made an offer I couldnít resist. I liked that driver a lot but it was a little wild at times. Iím probably going to end up in a G400 or 917 soon.
