Growing up I'm sure many of us used to chew sunflower seeds while we were playing baseball.  Today many people chew them while they play golf as well.  I have always been a big seeder for whatever reason you can most likely find me walking around the golf course with a cheek filled with sunflower seeds, and see the unimaginable route that I took around the golf course.  So for those of us out there who are like me what flavor seeds are your go to?

I will always experiment with different flavored seeds as well right now though my current go to is Davids Sweet and Salty

Also anyone ever had Jim Bean BBQ? Definitely a hidden gem of a seed that has become extremely hard to find.

Disclaimer: Please spit responsibly that means do not spit on greens or tees

Dill flavored "BIGS". A little more expensive that Davids but a much higher quality product.

Tired of seeing the results of seed spitting on our greens.  Some players love to grow the game.  I love them but don't spit them on the greens or tee boxes.

You have my attention, what are BIGS?  Are they with Old Bay Seasoning?

I eat seeds on the course a good bit and coach baseball, so ya know.... My go to is David's black pepper. I think Big's has a black pepper and sea salt that is solid as well. Dot really do any beside those and regular salted, I'm a picky eater.

David original jumbo seeds are my favorite. I used to like ranch and BBQ but not so much anymore. Love the salt.

I like the dill. Also, Dakota ranch, and black pepper.
I never spit the hulls on the ground.
My choice is to spit in an empty water bottle.
When full, screw the lid on and trash  it.
I worked at a place one time where employees were spittting hulls in the floor. They said I was ok, because I spit mine in an old soda bottle.
