The problem with a light shaft like that is that on the range, when you are making swing after swing, it might work great. The PROBLEM starts when you go to a course with tight fairways, and you only hit driver about once every 12 minutes.
Good luck with that.
I'm going to see if they will let me borrow it for a game on Good Friday - after church of course !

When I tried the G400 and the G400 SFT the Kuro Kage Dual Core was the pick over the Alta CB, Hzrdous, and something else, but you need to hit them not me.

We knocked the launch angle down to 2 notches I guess that's 9.5° {EDIT THAT IS 9.9°} and that was much better, it was the end of a large bucket session and I was getting tired and then I hit a few slices. I’ll get a proper fitting next week.
I'll get them to put me on TrackMan and we'll see what happens.

Today they let me use TrackMan for an hour for free (sale coming up)....
I tried the Ping G400 MAX with 3 shafts;
9° head ALTA CB Stiff 55g down two notches which is -0.6 degrees (one notch is -1.0 degree) – high, long 240m carry but a few 15m left - I hate left !
9° head Kuro Kage TiNi Dual Core 60g stiff down two notches so 8.4° – generally good, a touch lower the best on the day again a few left longer run out lower launch. I found with the take away a little more inside and with the ball a little further back in stance (heel rather than left big toe) resulted in a nice high baby draw or very slight straight left i.e. 1 to 3 meters - happy. Trackman is great with helping with launch angle and path and face.
10.5° head ALTA Distanza 40G down two notches so 9.9° - high like 45 meters high - almost off Trackman ! Long, but my miss was a slice, but every now and then you just catch one and it flys and flys. But you need to go for the percentages in you are a 14.
I think the Kuro Kage is the shaft for me and the 9° head.
I found it funny that one notch adjustment was 1° and two notches adjustment was 0.6 ° - I need to Youtube these adjustments as I can't visualise the physics - if the club lie and direction is the same isn't the shaft just being rotated ? The Pro said TaylorMade have a better system.
I also hit two of the Callaway Rogue Jail Break drivers - I hated them, they looked awful at address IMO.

I believe the small loft adjustments (.06) flatten the lie angle slightly

Big plus adjustment - sky rocket ! Lands likes a sheep dog in front of a log fire ~ David Feherty
Little minus adjustment more run.
But a lot to do with angle of attack and launch and Trackman calculations

Calm down dear. I was making a joke about the tendency of WRXers, me included, to say a club is staying in the bag for a "long time", only for it to be replaced 6 months later. I wasn't talking about you specifically. Seems like you're a little touchy on the subject though, which is weird.
I do like what you did with the word ASSume in your post though. That was clever.
