I posted these about a month ago but the mods took my post down because I asked if anyone knew what they might be worth.  For the record, I am not asking about value.  Just posting these because I think they are cool and I know they are extremely rare.  I scoured the internet for a month and never found another pair.

What are these?

All I know for sure is that they are late 1990’s Nike’s and that they were made in Italy. In my delete thread that I mentioned above, someone speculated that they were likely made by Cole Haan. Nike purchased Cole Haan in the late 1990’s.

I’ve searched the internet up and down and I can’t find anything else!

They are old dryjoys.  I've had them easily 15 years.  Wear them maybe once per month.

Might be worth putting them on some sneaker head websites for more info, plus some insight to the value etc.

My current pair -  adidas Mens Climacool ST Golf Shoes. I shopped for hours trying on different shoes and these were the ones I chose. Comfy as and I generally play summer golf (it's summer here in NZ).

Plus they look cool...

Is there an age threshold where you switch from style to comfort??

Not being a dick, honest question. I'd gladly sacrifice a little comfort for a much better looking pair of shoes. But folks wearing some of the shoes in this thread had to have weighed their options and gone with something besides being stylish....

Sold out now but there's a lot of good looking G/Fore's.

They'll likely do another run of the Peter Millar Gallivanter's at some point, just have to keep an eye out.

Sometimes TrendyGolfUSA.com and GolfPoser.com will have them too.

What a beautiful collection of shoes! Just a little steeply priced!

I just got these about 6 months back.  By far the most comfortable shoe I've worn.  I like the style for myself as well.

weren't the adizeros getting banned at courses for destroying greens?

those shoes are horrible on greens, leaving deep imprints of the shoe.  I suspect damage to the actual grass. Courses were banning them as a result.

As for best looking I love the Puma Titantour Ignite!
I wish they would have banned them before I bought 'em. Between almost killing myself walking across cart paths and the unauthorized drainage improvements I created (notorious foot dragger), they only saw 18 holes of combat. I only wear them when I thatch my lawn.

I always thought the adidas tour 360s had the best blend of classic and sporty look. They look good in pants or shorts as well. The newest 2.0 boosts would be my favorite

I agree. I loved the original Adipure, 360Pure LTD, and the new Boost 2,0 aren't bad either. It seems over the last 8 or so years shoes went from saddle to an Adipure style techy but still classy to now just a little to busy for me (basically most of the last few gens of FJ's). I'll probably go 360Tour LTD again this year. But there's a lot of spikeless shoe designs like ProSL I love the look of but just wish they offered them in spiked versions. I play in the waaay upper north east of NY where we can have the 1st, 2 months be kinda sloppy where I think spikeless just wouldn't work well. I really hope they release a spike Pro SL version in the near future....

I have to agree.  There sure are a lot of guys wearing them, also a lot of tour pros.  I just don't find them attractive.  To me they look like bowling shoes.
