The club they’re teasing on Facebook is the MG 501. So much for something new...

The MC-501 is new?  What makes you think otherwise

It’s new. It’s just tiresome for these guys to hype things to 11 when everything is already out in the world.

IC601 irons are definitely new as well. Coming out with new wedges too.  They are doing the same thing every company is when unveiling new products

Yep. And a big part of what I liked about the brand historically is that they didn’t do those things.

They made great clubs and didn’t apologize for the fact that they couldn’t create something “even better” every year.

I don't understand the new IC-601 Blade and past IC-601 Driving Iron.

Was that by design?

The driving iron is ICL.  Iron is IC.  Irons were based on the driving iron.

I for one actually don’t like the new blade.  Looks like a transformer

Link for Miura Giken 2018 Line up.

Note in the Catalogue details about customisation, ie. grinds, head length & thickness, colours etc, loft & lie.

Also note which models are "Made in China" "Made in Taiwan" & "Made in Japan"

You will also notice which MG Model of irons are the base iron for "Miura" branded irons.  eg MG CB1007 = Miura CB57

I kinda like the IC-601, but an all stainless body for that price? Yikes. Thats a lot for some casted low carbon steel.

Stick to irons and wedges. A company as small as Miura will not be able to do the R&D to make top class woods.

YUP!

They only need three or four models.  When you have nearly perfected the form and grinds, why do you need to update them?

I'm still looking for a conforming set of CB-202s in good condition.  They are very old for an OEM, but they are exactly what I want.

Love the 202 ... I always have my eyes peeled for 301's and 202's.

Wishon made great woods for 10 years  now, not much budget

the 919 driver took a while to come but still great

fairway woods  since early days  had very high COR

my 515 3  wood is still like rocket launcher
