I have the slope version and I love it.  I compared distances with my buddy's V4 and it's spot on.  After one round my brother bought one.  It's backed by great customer service as well. You won't be disappointed.

i haven't tried one.  But, all of them are subject to my shaky old hands and become a problem to pick flags 150 and more out.
My Leupold sits in the trunk as a backup because I got a Nikon with vibration reduction and am loving life again.  i can pick out a flag well over what i can hit any club, helps to know a good layup.

I've got a tectectec. I'm not sure which model but I've had it over a year and have no complaints.

Doesn't read slope, or have any fancy features, but it's accurate and I'm still using the first battery I put in last year. I've probably played 20-30 rounds with it.

Agree with the above. I've got the slope version, but try not to use it. Somehow mine just works better with the slope feature turned off.

Anyways. Had it for one season and no complaints. Good sized too. Was trying to decide between the tectectec and a cheap Bushnell and it was far smaller. Battery life is good too.

The only thing I'm not super happy about is the case. It's solid and sturdy but the straps are starting to fray. Also, it doesn't come with a clip or carreabier so make sure you buy one separately.

Now have a year on my VPro500 (non-slope).  Optics are still very good, battery life has been good and all three modes have worked well for me.  My case has taken a pretty good beating, carry and cart.

And for $150.00, can't beat it.

I have the waterproof one, VProDLX. Works just as good as any rangefinder out there. I’ve had it for two years. If you notice the yardage’s fluctuating, switch to pin sneaker mode. I was ready to return it because it started giving weird fluctuating yardages. For a week I didn’t realize someone I let use it on one hole, the last hole, switched the mode.
