So playing with the free version.  Stat keeping only, but donít see a place to enter GIR?  But somehow it does generate a #/% GIR?  It only shows Tee accuracy but nothing other than penalty type situations and putts.  Can anyone explain if Iím using it wrong?  I interpret Tee Accuracy as tee shot only...

Think it uses the score on hole - minus number of putts - tells if the ball was on the green in regulation?

I haven’t figured out how to enter that info using that app. What I alway do is record my stats on my scorecard then go home and use their website to enter everything. Once I enter on website, I can see all of the fairway hits, GIR, etc on my phone app.  App kind of sucks to use on course, so I actually prefer to enter all of my stats at home

Yeah, I started thinking about it more.  It must take score and #putts to figure out on in reg or not.  Thanks.

You are correct in that it calculates it.

As stated, it calculates it. The software subtracts the number of putts from the score on the hole and if it is 1 on a par 3, 2 on a par 4, and 3 on a par 5, it counts it as a green in regulation.

One thing to be aware of with this is that putts from off the green are not 'putts'. The only issue, although rare, is that if you hit the green in regulation, putt the ball off the green, putt/chip back on, and then hole the putt. You'll have 2 putts and a bogey which it will count as a missed green.
