The 790s aren't true forged blade/CB. Feel will never be anything like a true forged one piece CB. If you really want a forged club, the P770 is the only choice between the two.
If you don't need distance help and are a good ball striker, go P770. Or blend some P790s into the long irons if you want some help there.

For TM, the best forged set I played were the old 2005 RAC TP Forged. It is as good as any of the forged CB sets offered by the 3 Japanese brands listed above.

I'm not a big fan of the new modern lofts ( 21* 4 iron - 40* 9 iron, etc), Typically have my Mizuno set at 3&4 iron standard loft then 5-P bent 1* weak on loft (47* pw) for more traditional iron gapping.
