Oh man, I am not a fan. Simpsons' Speed Holes? Fat topline in forged irons? Everything just looks wonky...

The C300 Forged are right up my alley. That matching GW looks great and $999 MSRP for graphite is nice compared to the insane prices of other OEM irons.  Can't wait to try them.

Spoke to a very reliable source who hit the lineup and they said irons are ok but very clicky feel, and the Woods are awful in every way.

I'm just confused at who's running the show over there at WS.  Nike failed miserably with Red woods so naturally, WS (who already sells next to nothing) follows suit.  Seriously?????  Just stick to Kmart clubs and leave the real equipment to the big boys who give a $%^t ;)

Mike Vrska is the lead designer there, I think.  Was the guy behind some very successful Adams products.

Your friend may be a very reliable source for you, but his is just an opinion, and we all know how fickle golfers can be.  I'm sure many others will feel differently about this lineup.  I thought the C200's felt great, so excited to try the C300's out, especially the Forged.

And be honest- you would have a hard time gaming a W/S club in the first place.

Their woods have always been terrible. I thought I heard when Nike Golf went away that Wilson might have swooped up a few of their guys.

Irons look great to me though, especially for the price point compared to the competition.

The forged irons actually feel pretty damn good. I hit them with the stock KBS tour 105 shaft and was pleasantly surprised. Feedback was great and feel for what it's worth was on par with my expectations for a forged club. I think the price point on these will make some people do a double take upon demoing

For Wilson, a company I would say is trying to get back to its glory days in golf, this is over the top.  It's like the little brother that's trying to hard to be cool.

The shapes look great for both the irons and woods, but then they put idiot marks on them before any player could, and the red (while at least they had the sense to go matte) isn't flattering.

The driver performance would have to be out of this world for me to consider swinging something with "POWER HOLES" on the crown staring back at me.

I love the way the matte red looks on the crown.  The term power holes is a little odd, but I'm loving everything about the way these look, except for maybe that headcover..

Fake weights?? Mustíve missed this somewhere! Quite apparent thereís 3 changeable weights in the woods and 2 in the hybrid line!

J not sure why you say fake weights? They are removable and interchangeable to help with Flight. Similar to how Mizuno and cobra do it.

Also, I think you should at least try it. Thing is a low spinning machine. I know you swing pretty hard, but I have seen this thing in the hands of some really big hitters and good players. just towering bombs were the result.

Looks won't be for everyone, but I think those that give it a shot will be surprised

Took a quick visit to the wilson website and was surprised they actually will have left hand option available....on the drivers, fairways, & hybrids... & then somehow not surprised that it looks like the negelcted to bother with left hand in either of the 2 new iron set options. Not sure I get that. Why bother with only half the new line in left hand?

Nice deep faces, simple adjustable hosel and simple adjustable sole weights (not sure where anyone read fake weights, but BIG mistake if they are)... get rid of the "Power Holes" on the crown and make it black and those are some good looking woods. It looks they went overboard on the "Power Holes" or whatever they call them in the irons they actually look good until you see half of the sole is some rubber bullxxxx, shame because by all accounts Wilson Staff actually puts out some good irons. I understand the "visible technology" is all the rage these days but sometimes simple and boring is better. For a company in the state Wilson Staff is currently in they can't afford to be putting out poor performing woods that also look like garbage, especially after the whole Driver vs. Driver fiasco that produced a non-conforming trash can.

Imagine what the appeal of the driver would be if it didn't have the power holes on the crown. Other than those power holes, I think the driver looks awful Sharp.

The Driver looks good. I don't care about the words power holes. I bet it flat out performs, especially with the weight in the heel and lofted up with a closed face, I'm going to like it.

Forged irons almost sold out in steel shafts in W/S site  it says. If the driver was a Cally or TM the naysayers would be all over it!!
