Exactly what the title says, I am playing Titleist 983E but I want to get a newer driver that is similar looking to that, what options are there now?

Nothing "current" or from the last couple seasons, but something newer than the 983E is the Bridgestone J40 430

Titleist drivers have the shape you are looking for accompanied with the price tag if you are looking for new, used you can find a plethora of them from 913s to even some 915s for a very fair price, that said Callaway have some as well, I am a bit biased so I will suggest Ping G or G400, G series can be found at a good price as well...
Driver---------------Ping G LS Tec 10.5*, Ping Tour 65X, tipped 1", 44.25"
FW Wood----------Ping G 14.5*, Diamana Whiteboard D+ 82X, tipped .5", 42.5"
Hybrid---------------Ping G 19*, Tour AD-DI 105X
Irons-----------------Ping iBlade 4-P, Project X 6.5 Flighted
Wedges-------------Ping Glide 50*, 54*, 58* with Project X 6.5 Flighted
Putter----------------Ping Karsten TR Zing Tour  32.75", built up Pingman Grip (Ping Oslo and Ping Nome TR as backup 33.25" with SS Pistol GT Tour 1.0)
Golf Ball-------------2017 Pro V1, K-Sigs and Chrome Soft X

I'm a big fan of the Titleist 917 D3. It's a great feeling driver and also one of the straighter drivers I've hit recently.

Any of the 913, 915 or 917 D3's might foot the bill(all about 440cc) or maybe the 915 D4(450cc), which is pretty deep faced.  The 816 BB Alpha DBD is 460cc, but it has a pretty deep face and doesn't look as big as most 460 heads.

Powerbilt AF1 driver.

Don't laugh...deep pear face, solid feel sound, lower/penetrating trajectory and low spin.

Nike vapor tw but it only comes in 10.75 loft great head. Biocell pro is another nice looking 440 head. Nike vapor fly pro has a very nice pear shape, looks much smaller than the actual volume. R11 dot head is a 420cc tour only that performed well.

People that havenít tried the XR16-Pro just have no clue how good it is.
They are going for cheap now too, I have my backup head already & i am not looking at another driver at all. My gut says that this is the driver Iíll keep the longest.

I game D4 8.5. It’s deep. I poly-fil’d it to tame the sound. So solid and accurate. I also have the 913D3 8.5, would recommend.

I've hit a lot of sub 460cc heads, I'm loving my XR16 Pro (440cc) currently.

The KZG VC-420 LL (9*) & ML (10.5*) (420cc) heads, both are good heads just have to find the right shaft / launch combination.
~ The KZG head I own (ML) was really low spinning. That may be due to the deeper then normal bore depth and how small the head is.

Saw that Monte is using a KZG vc-420 which looks really rather lovely... and it's a 420cc deep face

http://kzg.com/club/vc-420-driver/

You could search the ebay etc for a Mizuno 611 driver, at 440cc.

I wonder how many of the posters here simply dont care to read the OP's request, or simply just dont know what "pear shape" is :)

There are not very many pear shape in your quest, The SLDR 430, Vapor TW and Vapor Flex might be about the only ones.
