I had the Ping WRX department make this Scottsdale Anser putter for me a couple of years ago and I have always regretted selling it.

Odyssey XG 9 made for Olin Browne.  Carbon steel head with dark natural patina, raw finish, 8620 etched into the cavity.  Set up to perfection at address.  Epoxied in insert.  Great condition, a few tiny tour use nicks but nothing bad.  Never seen another one, never will again.  Bought for 200, sold for 330.  Huge mistake

Railgun fitted. It worked. Seriously well. Shot 75 to low score 150 golf outing. A year ebayed it for what I payed $180. It was fun and unique with a pain in the a** head cover that contributed to the splitting of ways.

Custom ordered Byron Morgan.  If I'm being honest, I never really liked the putter and probably would not be well served trying to game it.  I sold it but almost want it back just for the sake of having the putter I "created."

I sold it and it went through 3 or 4 other people and then it was back on the BST.

Hosel was wrecked from being bent all up...they took out the paintfill and redid it (same colors just opposite???) and it was SLOPPY...I know the paintfill can be fixed, but the hosel was looking like a lightning bolt. All scarred up. :fie:  I wanted to buy it back....I placed a WTB looking for another ma66 and when someone reached out they had my old one, I was so excited to get her back. He sent the pics and I threw up a little......

I regret not keeping my EVNROLL putter and buying an O works instead. I listened to data & the fitter over my instinct and feels. Now with it being off season time, there's no point to buying one right now.

I had an Odyssey White Hot XG #9, that I had Spryevo customize. It had a Carbon Fiber Insert, and he put a finish in it to make it look similar to the Butane Finish you see on Tour Putters. That set up felt solid.

Would it not make perfect sense to get it during the off season so you can putt for 10 minutes a day and dial in for when the season starts again? Small things like that can save you 2 strokes a round.

Putting on carpet in my living room isn't the same really as on a green outside (all closed in winter).

I know my specs to a T... I just don't feel like spending $350 on something I can't use until next year.

That's fair enough. If it were me, I'd feel like a lot more comfortable with a flat stick if I was using it for a few minutes a day on a green or an artificial surface between now and some time in March.

Meh, it's just life priorities right now. I'm buying a few other things unrelated to golf right now and I can't be fiscally responsible and spend $350 on something I won't really get proper use of for 4-5 months. I'll probably be buying one come next April... That ER5 was money for me, but the guy at Club Champ talked me out of it because it didn't "fit my specs".
