Hello All,

New to the forums here, was curious if anyone games the hzrdus red 6.0 in their driver? More specifically an M2?

Club head speed: 100-102mph

Seems as though majority purchasing this shaft for their driver either go with the black or yellow...  Was leaning more towards "red" as I prefer a bit more action vs a boardy feel..

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers,
J

I have a similar speed and play a red in my driver,  started the season with an M2 and now is a G400.   Great shaft.

Was on the fence between the red and yellow for my driver..

Wondering how they differed, seems like the yellow is a hotter option in the driver and majority of users gaming the red, are in their woods.

I've demo the yellow, black and red; the yellow gave me optimized numbers in launch and spin.

They were all within 300 rpm.

If you are looking for feel, I would go with the Tensei Blue vs Hzrdus red; both are in the mid launc/mid spin segment.

Does the Red play true to flex? I know both the black and yellow are supposed to be pretty firm.

I had a 6.5 red come in a Taylormade 3 wood I bought used and it was rebar. Had to pull it and its currently being sold on Ebay. I remember seeing a video from project X when the HZRDUS shafts came out that told people to play a softer flex in these shafts FWIW.

I'm playing a 5.5.  I think it feels good.  I swing 98-102.  I'm playing it at 45.25.    I haven't tried a yellow.
