So I saw someone had a couple of these in the putter I just bought thread and I don't recall seeing them anywhere else. Other than this Golfwrx article from 2015 (http://www.golfwrx.c...totype-putters/), I haven't been able to find much. Does anyone know how hard one of these is to find? I've always liked the head shape and love the Bettinardi's that I've owned so would love to pick one up, but after looking on the registry I could only find a handful of them. Appreciate any info.

This was a precursor to the inovai 3.0.  Only two or so exist.

Like said above only a handful ever made. I asked about having a custom one made and was told that head style is not an option. Lol so if they aren't willing to do it for $1600 minimum custom price, don't expect to see any retail ones. And yes, the inovai 3.0 rev is what this head shape became

Well first of all, they realized that it was going to be a patent infringement and stopped making them. They then only had them as R&D and did not sell the ones they made commercially. That is why there are not may, so no harm no foul. Odyssey did not even question the issue.

There are 9 that are known for sure. 6 right handed, 2 center shafts and 1 left handed. There is rumored to be 19 total but some have been rumored to be destroyed, and 2 still owned by Bettinardi for R&D, but no conformation. I did hear a total of 29 from a copied letter sent to me by Will Peoples but like I said before no concrete confirmation. One other thing that confuses people in thinking that there are more than there really are is that Betti changed the paintfill on them before they left the shop. So you can see what looks like 2 different putters in 2 diff pics because of their color actually be the same putter at 2 diff times with diff paintfill.

How do I know you ask? I have been hunting them for a bit and own the second one in the photos from the article!!
