1. Taylormade - the TP line of putters kind of seals it for me. Already play their woods. Irons I could figure out.
2. Titleist
3. Srixon - currently play their irons, but not sold on the woods or hybrids. Cleveland wedges would be fine by me.

As a lefty I only have a few options compared to right handed golfers. I would like to say Ping but I have yet to find an iron set from them that works for me. I thought the i200's were going to be the one but they didn't work out for me so after 2 months I ended up selling them. Still love Ping drivers & fairways so now the Pings share a bag with the Srixon 565's. All that being said the one brand would have to go to Callaway. They have a decent lefty selection (could be better).

Wellll, I used to have a nice Mizuno Bettinardi putter that was damn nice.  If you could game one of these older gems would that change things?

For me, I love Mizuno Irons but haven't tried the driver or fairway/hybrid clubs.  I would imagine they can perform as well as any other brand.
I like the TM long clubs but am indifferent on the putters and wedges.
Ping is great top to bottom and could pick them based around S55 irons.
Could do Titleist as well, CB irons, Vokeys but was never gung ho on SC putters.  I never found one I really loved enough to pay the inflated price to play.
Callaway could be the contender, I've played a few odyssey putters I really liked over the years and probably something like the new X Forged or the Apex MB.

When its all said and done, I probably wouldn't be completely happy with any complete set so I'd just go with a Dunlop boxed set (with all custom fitted shafts of course).

Since I only used the word loved in one of the lines above and I remember how sweet that Bettizuno felt my real choice would probably be the Mizuno set provided I could choose products over different years.  Older Bettizuno putter, older wedges, JPX tour or MP5, and pick and choose the longer clubs.

Tough call, I really like my M2, but not sure if I would want TM throughout the whole bag.
Probably go:
1st: Titleist/Scotty
seems strongest from top to bottom
2nd: Callaway/Odyssey
love the Epic woods and MDF wedges, plus always been an Odyssey player
3rd: Srixon/Cleveland
Never tried the Srixon stuff, but looks like it would be a fun setup

Currently game mizunos or titleist irons, M2 driver, Epic SZ 3+, M1 5 wood, Mizzy or Callaway wedges and Yes! or Odyssey putter, so pretty mixed

No question, Titleist.  Basically do it now on the regular.  Just seems to suit me best.

Srixon would be second and anyone else is in the distance.

I'd probably get a Method 003 and go all Nike, as their hardware seemed to work really well with my swing. If not it would probably be Titleist, as I am having dark thoughts towards a set of 718MBs.

So much bias here it's scary! Clearly there's no right answer, if done thoroughly and you were custom fit using options across the whole market there is no chance in hell it would be one brand.
I think this goes to show how our choices are personal and affected by bias, style, confidence, all the things that should be below the actual performance.
Imagine a proper blind testing session (if that were possible), you'd end up with MD Golf  wedges and a Lynx driver..

Saying all that, my bag is mostly Callaway but over the years I've had bags full of all the major brands. Tastes come and go. Boredom sets in, the latest, greatest thing influences our next buys and we chase the magic.
I worked in golf equipment. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble but it's at least 90% BS.

Callaway XR Pro 3 Deep 14 - Project X LZ 6.0
