Cobra would likely be my first choice, and if the C300 woods are decent (TBD), likely Wilson would be a close second along with Mizuno.

So:

1. Cobra
2. a) Mizuno
    b) Wilson
3. Bridgestone, Callaway, Srixon

Driver - Ping G400 LST @ 8.5º w/ ProjectX EvenFlow 65 6.5
3Wood - King F7 3/4F @ 14.5º w/ ProjectX HZRDUS Red 65 6.0
Utility - King Utility @ 18.5º w/ UST Mamiya Elements Fire 100S
Irons - King Forged Black 4-6 (CB), 7-GW (MB) w/ KBS C-Taper 120S

Wedges - King PŪR Wedge 56º & 60º w/ DG S200
Putter - Odyssey O-Works RLINE
Ball - TP5

Srixon/Cleveland, especially if we can enlist their JDM side.

For me it would be a toss up between Srixon/Cleveland and Callaway.

Driver: I had better results with Srixon. Had both the Epics and the M1.

Fairways: Love Callaway fairway woods, they have been great for a long time.

Irons: Both have awesome irons! Z965/945/765/745/565/545 Callaway Apex MB, X Forged, Apex Pro. So many good choices there

Wedges: Again both have awesome wedge selections

Putter: Odyssey definitely has Cleveland/Srixon beat here. But to be honest have never really putted with a Cleveland putter.

Ball: I prefer the Z Star line over the Chromesoft line

Bags: Toss up
Srixon Z745 10.5° Driver Attas 6STAR 6S
Callaway Alpha 816 3 wood 15° Aldila Rogue RIP I/O 70S
Callaway Apex Hybrid 20° Graphite Design Tour AD DI-85S
Srixon Z965 6-PW, Z565 4-5 C-Taper 120S
Callaway MD3 Black S-Grind 50°, W-Grind 54°, S-grind 58°, C-Grind 64°
Odyssey White Hot Pro #7

3 years ago the bag leaned heavily toward Titleist.  Now the bag heavily leans toward Callaway.  Having to go all in, it would be Callaway.  For someone who benefits from Game Improvement across all clubs, theirs are the most forgiving.

PXG for the off chance I get to do a photoshoot with Paige.

Don't judge me, I only have enough blood in my body to fill one of my heads...

But in all seriousness, Titleist. Best overall brand across the board.

Callaway. With Mizuno 2nd

This is my rranking. Callaway has best across the board. Slightly prefer Mizuno in irons category, but have a set of 2013 X Forged and those are as strong as any iron. Mizuno woods and hybrids very underrated, but Callaway fairways are fantastic for me. A little flatter lie angle than most others.
Current lineup:

TM M1 440 Tour Issue, 10-degree, Diamana B Series X,
67g.
Nike Flex 3 wood, Diamana S-70 stiff
Callaway Epic 5W, Hzrdus T800 S, 65g.
Callaway Apex hybrid, 20 degree, Kuro Kage 80HY stiff shaft
Mizuno MP-59, 4-P, PX 5.5
(Coming: Srixon z565 4 iron, z965 5-P, C Taper Lite X.)
Ping Glide 50, 54, CFS wedge shafts
Fourteen RM12 58/12 sand wedge
Edel Rogue putter (thick blade), 34 inch.

I could make most of the work. TM would probably be first choice. Mizzy, Titleist, TEE, Srixon, Bridgestone, Callaway, hell even Wilson would work just fine if I were being paid to play them.

I always gravitate back to Titleist. However, I could probably play a full bag from any OEM and not score any better or worse. I've owned a lot of equipment over the past year and hovered around the same index.

There isn't a single brand that I'd use for all 14 clubs. For me any brand I'd consider has a certain club or clubs I wouldn't play.
That said it's great that we have so many options to choose from to complete our bags. Even as a lefty.

... Right there with you. Even when I was with the PGA and on staff with several different OEM's thru the years, I never had a bag full of just one OEM clubs. Unless you have access to a tour van to customize every club as well as unreleased prototypes, I could not imagine limiting myself to one brand. As you said, there are just too many good clubs out there from different OEMs. But I have seen many a happy golfer with a staff bag packed with only that OEM's clubs. Whatever works ...

If the brand does not make putters currently, you could use an old one made by same brand (i.e. Mizuno).

I'd do Mizuno.

What about you?
