GolfWRX is live this week from the 2017 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada. The course, which opened in 1991, will play as a par-71 measuring 7,255 yards for the event.

Notables in the field this week include Charley Hoffman, Kevin Chappell, Bubba Watson, Tony Finau, Bryson DeChambeau, Luke Donald, Ernie Els, J.B. Holmes, Smylie Kaufman, Kevin Na, Vijay Singh, Jimmy Walker, Gary Woodland and Ryan Moore among others.

In last year's event, Rod Pampling shot a first-round 60, eventually leading to a two-shot victory over Brooks Koepka.

Check out our photos from this week in Las Vegas below!

Bubba said his contract with Volvik expired and he went back to Titleist. No endorsement deal though.

Looks like a couple of the new Ping Anser putters out around the staff bag in Tuesday Part 2 pics...not a Dalehead shape though.

It baffles me that Ping won't release a milled Dalehead Anser at 350g+

Greg, if possible can you get a WITB of Scott Strohmeyer? Had the chance to interview him a few weeks ago and would love to see whats in his bag.

I would like to try the Axis1 line, especially these #7 heads but they have terrible distribution. In all of NC and SC (which is a hot bed for golf courses), they have 2 locations.

I'm a "try it before I buy it" guy on putters so I do not plan on blindly buying one.

I asked the Axis guys about the #7 style putters (Tour-M) & they won't launch to retail until April.  They are in the process of increasing their account base with the big retail stores so hopefully you'll be able to test one before you buy one.
