are we starting to see the influence of James Patrick (i think that was his name) on these designs? I remember his designs having the same rounded/thicker toe. could be way off but that was my first thought in looking at these.

I personally like the 60S out of those and the 52 F on the previous page. But I still have so many back ups of the 200 series which i still prefer over all these.

Looks like there is no low bounce k grind option as standard in the low wedge lofts. No doubt  they will be a limited release custom option to fleece customers.

So the K Grind goes from 12 to 14 and they introduce a D Grind which (if I'm not mistaken) is the K Grind with heal, toe and trailing edge relief to give us a more versatile wide camber sole wedge. I wonder if the K & D have the same 'actual' bounce.

These look great, i will be adding 4 wedges in the spring.  I love my tvd 60 K which I believe is 10 degrees of bounce so the only question is K or D in the 60 and which bounce

The backside of the topline has a similiar look to not only the Fourteens but also the new Mizuno.  I dont know.  Not sure what I was looking for, but the new AP models bring more to the table than these.

The topline does look pretty chunky. That might change when viewed from above but it looks like there might be quite a bit of weight up there with some shaping to stop it looking too broad.

sorry, don't know how to quote my prior post.

not trying to start anything. I thought that JP did some studying with/under Vokey in recent years, maybe in Japan??. The shapes just reminded me of some of his (JPs) earlier designs.

Very interested in hearing who the D grind is geared toward. I love my K grind in the SM6, but 14 degrees of bounce in the SM7 might be a bit much. D grind does look nice...

Then you better have someone on the inside who can get their hands on Tour Prototypes because there's no chance these will be retail in less than 2 months if they just made it to the Tour.
