Look pretty much the same. Only hope is for some of the finishes offered via WedgeWorks.

Lame.

I'm with you. I think they look better than the SM6 but I'm not seeing any major changes. Disappointing.

Except for the addition of the D-grind, and changing up the badging, these look exactly the same as SM6. Still fantastic looking wedges, but functionally and aesthetically the same.

It's a wedge, short of going to a cavity back style, dropping the vokey name, or having a sure-out sole, how much could you majorly change? And more importantly why make a major change to arguably the most successful wedge line since it came out?

Looks like a few of the SM7 grinds have more bounce than their SM6 counterparts.

Looks to me that it's slightly rounder than the SM6 and the "muscle" shape is very slightly different but otherwise, a good looking wedge.  Here's hoping for a finish that's easier to strip to raw than the black.

I get that, and I guess it's not really our problem to worry about, but with that being the case why would Titleist expect people to shell out $150++ for a set of SM7s when the SM6s will be heavily discounted and any existing SM5s even more so?

No reason to expect them to perform differently than the sm6s.  Just a bit of marketing.

Probably the angle of the shots, but it almost looks like they are doing something like Fourteen with specific cuts to change up the weighting.  These wedges look good, but we will see what is actually released to retail.

Why are some of you complaining about them not looking that different than the SM6?  The vokey line throughout the majority of its history has looked the same more or less.  Haha I'm not exactly sure what you guys were expecting.

Thanks for the photos Greg! Iím sure Voke will outline the changes before the drop date, but any insight if they changed the hosel length again? The appearance at address for my SM5 to SM6 was noticeable and took some time getting used to.

What would you want changed? What performance needed to be improved from the SM6? Hell I use the SM4's and SM5's and they work great... only reason to get newer wedges is to get fresh grooves.
