Hi y'all!

This is my first full year back to golf! Still split time with basketball, but still got a good amount of rounds in. Up until this year, my best scores were 75, 77(2). I usually shot 80-84 and always below 90. In previous years I haven't played much, so the scores trended closer to 85 than 80.

This year has been different. I got out more, and even PRACTICED towards the end of the year.

Here's a link to my previous WITB done when I was working as a cart boy at a golf course. That was the year I shot the 75:
http://www.golfwrx.c...tb#entry3294332

This year, I've shot 75,76(2),77(2). Many twilight rounds after work that I couldn't get a full 18 in. Lowest score on 9 was 34. Highest 18 hole score was 88, and next worse was 84. Here's the clubs:

3 Wood : Taylormade R9, 42.5", 30g counterweight, Matrix MFS Q4 Red Tie
This 3 wood has been with me for a while, through many shafts.

2 Iron : Taylormade RSI UDI 18*, +1", CTaper Lite, 30g counterweight
Excited to get more time in with this. Just bought off fellow WRXer, rebuilt by yours truly!
TM UDI 2 Iron.jpg

Irons : Taylormade 2011 TP MB +1", DG Lite S400, 30g counterweight
I still play the same shafts in my irons after 6 years. And not may people like them. Hard to find now. Also, heres a picture of my irons disassembled.

Irons Blueprint.jpg

Wedges: Cleveland 52, 56(bent to 58). Ive got XP115 X100 8 iron shafts in both them. 30g counterweight like all the other clubs. Trying to improve my wedge game. All my wedges are 36.5" (PW,AW,SW)

Putter : Ping Anser 1966 TR, 35.5", 100g counterweight, Gripmaster Roo standard size. LOVE LOVE LOVE MY PUTTER.

If you haven't guessed by now, I build all my own clubs. Here's the shop with the 1973 Mercury Cougar trying to sneak it's nose into the picture.

Thank you! I agree, no set of irons has lasted longer in the bag.

I dunno man - I think a 27* hybrid is ever so slightly more gimmicky, just saying :)
