Got this from a friend. Has lines and size similar to a tp mills just not sure what it is. Whos the expert that can pull this off?

Not a Mills, I can say that much. It could be any of many hundreds of manufacturers. Without any form of stamping, nobody can say what it is with any confidence.

It's a no-name brand putter.  Likely could be bought at K-Mart/Target/Walmart in the $19.95 loose clubs bin.  Kind of stuff Northwestern made back in the day.

Looks like the grip that was used on the TPM's of old, but it doesn't look like anything they ever put out.
