Here are pictures of the face and head. It looks like it was redone at some point. Someone ground off the milling for whatever reason, and redid the paint fill. I canít tell the difference between a real and a fake and unfortunately itís too old of a model to go compare at a shop.

I'm not pretending to be a cameron expert, but to me it looks like someone took a beat up NP2 and used a mechanical buffer/polisher to get all the nicks and scratches off of it.  Probably a home job as a good refinishing shop would re-mill the face.   I have a legit one at home and will compare pics to it, but to me it looks like a retail studio stainless that was polished hard.

Yeah, like Rob said it is authentic for sure, just a lot of aftermarket work done to it

Check the reflection off the face from an angle to see if the face is still flat.  If the reflection is wavy, remilling is a good idea.
