I recently hit the new Titleist AP3 with AMT shafts.   The shafts have a different step pattern and feel from me current 716 CB With AMTs.  I’m wondering in TT changed the AMT shaft this year, or whether there are different AMT models.

Not 100% positive but I have heard...

The AMT Black and AMT Red are specific to Titleist. They are different models from the AMT that has been out for a while, with the Black being more mid launch and the Red being higher launch.

The AMT White is the same as the current AMT (that has been out a while), just a different label.

The aftermarket AMT's have not change.   They are different models (in wieght and perhaps profile as well) that are currently only available through Titleist.   I've not seen anything.to indicate what the future might hold for those becoming more widely available or if they will stay a Titleist only release.   Maybe they are waiting to see how popular they become before deciding.

I'd actually love to try an AMT with lower ball flight. Tried some amt x100s at a demo day and was getting some pretty bad ballooning. The shaft felt great compared to standard x100s though.
