Just wanted to post a congrats to my brother who shot level par for the first time today, in spite of going even on the par 5's and parring a par 4 he usually is on or around in 1 shot (not an exaggeration; it's really short, and he's decently long). The cool thing is that he got to do it while playing with our dad, and he holed out from the 18th fairway for eagle to get it! He probably should have been under; a couple of mental errors cost him a few strokes. I think he can break 70 next season for sure.
Im glad he got it before he ran out of season. He'd been knocking on the door all year after not having played much in the previous 3-5 years. But he got the bug again this year, and I think I'm just as thrilled as he is, as I've been living vicariously through him this season
