We have 2 televisions in our grill and on Sunday afternoons one TV usually plays a golf match while the other TV plays an NFL game.   Recently a golf match has been playing on one TV while the other has been turned off or playing something other than NFL programming. I was wondering what’s playing on the TV’s in your clubhouse grills on Sunday afternoons?

I have no idea what's on, because on Sunday afternoons I'm out playing on the empty course while everyone else is inside watching whatever sports play on Sunday afternoons. Fall is a great time of year for a golfer who doesn't follow pro sports.

My old course had 3 TVs in the clubhouse. One above the bar was always on, and the other 2 were only on when a big game or tournament was on. It was usually on football till we finished our round. I donít give a flying hoot about football, and Iím at a golf course, so when I come to hang out, I want to watch golf. If I wanted to watch football (or baseball, or basketball or hockey or some other sport) Iíd go to the game, go to a sports bar, or be at home watching it. I would never ask a sports bar to put their tv on golf coverage, nor would I expect them to do it if I did. Being that we were long time members and friends with the owners, we were given the remote to the tv when we came in. Unless it was a Texans game, in which case, we didnít get to change it as everyone that worked there (including g the owners) were huge Homerís for the Texans (and Astros and Rockets).
