Yeah I'll be watching because that's what I do but even from a viewer perspective I could appreciate a two week break before the '17-'18 season begins.

Welcome back Sangmoon Bae. It's his first PGA Tour event since finishing up his military duty.

Can someone give me an update on Zac Blair? How does he have a card? I know he failed to make the cut at the Web.com Finals but I'm not sure his exemptions or card status moving forward.

He left immediately after the 2015 Presidents Cup. Man that time flew by.

He is in the 126-150 prior year FedEx Cup category, so he'll get in to 3-4 Fall season events, possibly more.  I can't recall if that category reshuffles or not.

It does. Last season the first reshuffle was after the RSM Classic@ Sea Island as it is this year. Exempt category #30.

If Phil's ever going to win on tour again, one would think it would be in a weaker field such as this.

Frankly if I'm doing the schedule I give the boys a few more weeks off and then just start the season over in Asia.  PGA will have 49 events in 2017-18.  That just seems over saturation and a bunch of weak fields over the course of the season.

Will be too tired to watch after getting up early for Dunhill. Now the silly season on the Tour is the next season it seems sillier and Euro Tour fits nicely with fall weekend activities. Anxious for early a.m. tomorrow.

Safeway has done A great job organizing this tournament. Lagardere sports and Silverado resort have paid attention to all the details. Course maintenance, logistics, treating volunteers like royalties---- if you can, sign up next year.
I am eager to see the guys play this week.

If you ever attend the tournament, please try the burgerdog sold exclusively by Silverado on hole 7. Damn!!!!

Technology is a great thing these days. They have invented a new thingy called a DVR. Perhaps that fur trader mayor "Frank" Cownie can invite ur poor soul to his mansion and you can watch in his 96" movie theater screen.

Will be too tired to watch after getting up early for Dunhill. Now the silly season on the Tour is the next season it seems sillier and Euro Tour fits nicely with fall weekend activities. Anxious for early a.m. tomorrow.
Technology is a great thing these days. They have invented a new thingy called a DVR. Perhaps that fur trader mayor "Frank" Cownie can invite ur poor soul to his mansion and you can watch in his 96" movie theater screen.

Yep, will be DVRing Dunhill so I can watch the parts I'll miss before I get up and after I go to work! 55 inches in the bedroom is plenty! ;-)

No more PGA Tour for me until Kapalua!

Nah Pat. I was having some fun with you. No harm meant! You can actually eat them @ Silverado. I can only drool about them from 2500 miles away.  :)
